What We Do
Lomax offer a range of services to fulfil both private or business plant and basket requirements. We produce new baskets and tubs planted with seasonal colour, or offer a refill service for those already with baskets, troughs, planters and tubs. Alternatively, if you simply want to plant your own we have our quality home grown plants available for delivery. We deliver to postcodes in the South Manchester/North Cheshire area (delivery charges apply). Our baskets and tubs also make fantastic gifts that keep on giving for months.
New Baskets & Tubs

Winter through Spring Range
We begin our winter/spring planted range in mid September and continue through to April. Plants used include fabulous flowering pansies and violas, primroses, alpines, miniature shrubs and perennials for fantastic foliage colour and ivy. We also include spring flowering bulbs such as tête a tête miniature, tulips and grape hyacinth.
Summer Range
Our summer range is available from May and runs through to the middle of June. We do however advise customers that traditionally plants and planted items of this seasonal range should be put out towards the end of May, due to the risk of possible frost damage to these plants being greater during the month of May. However baskets and tubs are available from the beginning of May and we advise customers to protect them from cold winds and frost my brining them into a sheltered environment or covering them with plenty of garden fleece.

Refill Service
We offer an increasingly popular refill service to customers who already have hanging baskets, wall troughs and mangers, patio pots and planters of all shapes and sizes which require refilling with season plants and colour.
This service offers customers the opportunity to re-use/recycle existing baskets and planters instead of replacing them.

Normal themes include ‘Dressing up for Christmas’ this includes winter hanging baskets and tubs, fresh greenery ideas and Christmas wrapping ideas (no fancy dress required), ‘Spring into colour’ including spring baskets, tub and gift ideas, and ‘Summer colour’ including summer baskets, tubs and gift ideas.
